Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor tested positive for Coronavirus as his mom and veteran actor, Neetu Kapoor has confirmed this news over her social media account. Neetu shared a picture of the 38-year-old actor and wrote; Thank you for your concern and your good wishes. Ranbir has tested positive for Covid-19. He is on medication and recovering well. He is in self-quarantine at home and following all precautions.”
Ms. Kapoor also recovered from the novel Coronavirus in December last year when she was shooting for her new film “Jugg Jugg Jeeyo” in Chandigarh.
Randhir Kapoor, who is Ranbir’s uncle, said on Monday evening that he knew that Ranbir is not well, but he didn’t know the cause behind his sickness.
On a similar note, many prominent Bollywood actors have been previously affected by Covid-19. The deadly disease has affected actors such as Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora, and others.
Meanwhile, Ranbir was last seen in Sanjay Dutt’s biopic, “Sanju” and is currently preparing for his new films.
